the riley family

Anytime is a good time to have a family portrait session, especially during the holiday season. Marie is a friend from high school, who was later a friend in college, who even later became a friend on Facebook. Her family is fantastic and I had the greatest of times with all of them. Devin was the loving father and husband I somehow already knew he was…and the girls…oh those girls. Sweet cheeks Ainsley was all spit bubbles and sunshine smiles, checking herself out in the mirror and always on a mad crawling dash for anything in the kitchen. Big girl Addison was the cuuuutest little redhead I’ve seen in ages. Darling freckles and cheeky smiles, she kicked around the soccer ball like an old pro and didn’t miss a beat in playing a quick game of “pass the ball back and forth on the floor” with me after the session.

Marie, it was time well spent and well worth it to photograph you and your beautiful family. Thank you for welcoming me into your home and allowing me to share in mini-adventures with your beautiful babies! 🙂

Addison meet the world. World…Addison.

Sweet giggley-goo (I make up words when I talk about babies) Ainsley. Isn’t she a doll?!

love (warm beanies and smiley babies),
